About Ga.Ri. Torneria
In 1977, Romano Gandolfi and his wife Adele founded Ga Ri Torneria, a small mechanical workshop in Castelnuovo Fogliani, Italy (on the hills between Parma and Piacenza). What started as a family passion has grown into a tradition. Nearly 50 years later, Romano now works alongside his daughters, Lara and Cristina, continuing to handcraft these beautiful brass and beechwood pasta wheels and stamps, each one designed to last a lifetime.
