Netherton Foundry - Bakeware - 8.5" Loose Bottom Cake Tin

A pair of 2lb (1kg) black iron loaf tins that lock together! Designed to bake the perfect sandwich loaf.    

The two tins stack together with a simple peg and hole in each tin. Together they create a simple baking cloche that retains the steam and improves the crust! The two tins can also be used individually to bake two 2lb loaves if no cloche is required. They are ideal for all breads including plain whites and sour dough.
