Utilizing a lighter weight carbon steel, this pre-seasoned wok weighs around 3 lbs. and is designed for high heat cooking and lots of movement. The flat bottom ensures stability and surface contact across a range of heat sources from gas to induction to electric, while the functional depth makes it ideal for everything from classic stir fries to sautéing, steaming, boiling, even light frying. A genuine “farmhouse” skillet, inspired by American blacksmith design of the 18th and 19th century, the Smithey 12” carbon steel skillet is as much of a work of art as it is a cooking tool. We hand-forge a limited number of these skillets in partnership with renowned Charleston blacksmith Robert Thomas Iron Design. Each piece is visually unique while sharing core design features such as a handle inspired by traditional fire tools and the signature Smithey 3-holed helper handle. With performance that rivals cast iron at a lighter weight, these skillets are designed to elevate your everyday cooking experience.

The STEELPORT Bread Knife is designed to perform equally well cutting bread with hard crusts and softer loafs. It can also be used as a serrated slicer for cutting through BBQ meats, and other hard crust foods.
