Really nice universal magnetic blade covers (work for most western and Japanese double bevel knives). Fits blades up to 265mm x 55mm x ~4mm
Brand: BisbellThe industry standard knife oil in Japan. A little goes a long way. Helps prevent rust formation, but the blade should still be cleaned every so often. Ideal for carbon steel blades. Just apply a small drop and rub with a cotton pad or towel. Food safe.
