Brand: Morihei 森平

Recommended Usage: Textured edges on both carbon and stainless, mid polishing stone in sequence, hard enough for push-cut tools.
Notes: An unusual specimen given its color and higher hardness; definitely collectable at a very good price point. Will last years and years. Despite being hard, it has decent tactile feedback making it a bit easier to use. Can take the place of finer Aizu.
